I already have a website, can I replace that?
We will create a replacment hosted website. You will need to provide us with your domain name account credentials for us to then connect your domain name to our hosting. There may be additional charge for undertaking this task.
Can I use my own logo and photos on the website?
We use standard imagery but if there is a specific image you want us to use instead then we will endevour to use it.
If you have a company logo you would like us to include in the main navigation panel we will try to include this. There may be limitations if your logo does not scale to fit the navigation panel.
Do I get a copy of the website code?
Unfortunately as we develop, host, and support your website we are unable to release a copy of the source code to you.
When do I pay?
After we receive your completed website specification document, we will generate a preview website for your acceptance.
Once the preview is released to you, we will raise an invoice which is payable immediately.
Once paid, we will active your live website.
Can I chose my own website name?
If your desired .co.uk domain name is avilable then we will try to secure this for you. This is not always possible so we may have to offer you an alternate name instead. We will consult with you before registering a domain name as the registration is non-reversable.
Can I cancle at any time?
You can cancle at any time by emailing us 30 days in advance. If you are a PAYG customer then your site will cancle at the end of the next full month and you will only pay for that time. If you pay in advance for your site we are unable to issue a refund for any remaining subscription.
Do your websites comply with GDPR?
The single page website templates do not capture any personal data, nor do they track any personally identifiable information. Therefore you do not need to ask users for any consent.
If however you include an email address for customers to contact you, you should ensure you comply with GDPR guidelines.
How does email forwarding work?
After we’ve registered your .co.uk domain name we will also register a matching email address.
We will then forward any emails sent to that new email address to your own email address.
That way, you’ll never miss out on any customer contact and your company email contact address will match your website address.
